I hereby declare that the above information and documents are true and correct as
per my belief and understanding. I also understand that in the future or at any stage,
if the Information filled by me or documents uploaded by me are found
incorrect/invalid/false, my candidature for the applied course stands canceled
irrespective of my stage of enrollment/admission. I also understand that any fees
paid, because of such cancellation, would not be refunded. I have ascertained my
eligibility as defined in the instructions and I meet the eligibility criteria. I would be
solely responsible for any misrepresentation which leads to my ineligibility and

IMPORTANT NOTICE
- Candidates are urged to carefully read the brochure and Miles Education terms of

B for Refunds & Cancellation Policy, and Annexure C for Code of Conduct at the
conclusion of this document.
- THE COMPLETION AND SUBMISSION OF THE APPLICATION FORM SHALL BE
DEEMED AS AN ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS OF SERVICE.
- Before deciding to apply for the course, it is the candidate's sole discretion to be
certain of their admissions eligibility and programme fit.
- After successfully completing the following enrollment stages, admission
confirmation will be shared after:
a. Document Verification
b. Payment of complete program fee
- Only candidates whose documents were validated once they uploaded accurate
documentation shall receive the selection mail.
- Instead of using their official email or phone number, candidates should register
their personal mobile number and email addresses for correspondence in the future.
- The candidate could be disqualified if they provided any erroneous information. If
there is a difference on the application form, it will only be the candidate's fault. The
uploaded documents must be in a readable format. Candidates are urged to
double-check the clarity of documents before posting.
- If a candidate's eligibility is verified at any point and it is determined that they do not
meet the requirements, their application will be rejected, and any fees they have
already paid will be forfeited.
Annexure A
Fee Collection Policy
Please be informed that Miles Education have partnered with several non-bank
financial companies (NBFCs), digital finance companies, consumer lending fintech
companies, peer-to-peer lending platforms, etc. ("Lender(s)") to offer and make
available to you the facility to pay the fee for Miles Education Programs in
convenient EMIs.
Please note that, in the event that you chose the EMI payment option to cover the
cost of one of Miles Education's programmes, the EMI facility and/or educational
loan facility have been provided, facilitated, and made available to you by Miles
Education's Partner(s) in accordance with their individual agreements with the
Lender (s).
Please be advised that Miles Education is not involved in the design or management
of any such EMI facility or educational loan facility, does not receive commissions
from Lenders with respect to any such EMI facility or educational loan facility, and
has no other relationship with Lenders, whether financial or otherwise (s).
You acknowledge and agree that (a) Miles Education does not have any
responsibility or involvement in any way with respect to any EMI facility and/or
educational loan facility that you have obtained from the Lender(s) in order to pay
the fee for Miles Education programmes; (b) Miles Education has no control over the
Lender(s); and (c) with Miles Education completely excluded, you are solely in
charge of all of your dealings with the Lender(s) in respect of any EMI and (d) you
agree to any and all terms and restrictions that the lender(s) may impose on you in
exchange for granting you access to the EMI facility and/or educational loan facility.
IN NO EVENT SHALL, MILES EDUCATION BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY
TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO BY YOU WITH LENDER(S) OR FOR ANY
LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF YOUR RELATIONSHIP, WHETHER CONTRACTUAL
OR NOT, WITH THE LENDER(S) FROM WHOM YOU HAVE AVAILED ANY EMI
FACILITY AND/OR EDUCATIONAL LOAN FACILITY.
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by Miles Education's Privacy Policy, as
updated from time to time, located at https://mileseducation.com/privacy, and its
Terms of Service, as updated at https://mileseducation.com/terms, by applying to
any of Miles Education's programmes, participating in any of Miles Education
programmes, or using in any other way any of the services, products, or other
programmes made available by Miles Education.
In accordance with the aforementioned privacy policy, Miles Education hereby
undertakes to use, handle, disclose, or distribute your personal information.
In case you have opted for the EMI facility and/or educational loan facility to pay the
fee for any of Miles Education programs, you hereby give your consent to Miles
Education to share your personal information with the Lender(s) towards enabling
and facilitating the said EMI facility and/or educational loan facility between you and
the Lender(s).

Annexure B
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
- Both parties shall by mutual agreement decide on a cut-off date for refund of
fees which would be noted in the proposal Programme Description Sheet
document for each programme. Such cut-off date shall not be less than 14
days prior to the planned commencement of the sessions. In event that a
Programme is re-scheduled by mutual consent, a new cut-off date would be
mutually agreed upon for the re-scheduled program. The cut-off date would
form the basis for the application of the refund policies given below.
- Where the request for refund of academic fees has been received prior to the
cut-off date, the refund shall be made for an amount equal to the academic
fees after deducting a refund processing penalty of Rs. 5,000. The amount of
taxes collected from the student shall not be refunded.
- Where the refund is being made on account of the programme being
cancelled, the refund shall be made for the entire amount including taxes
collected from the student. No penalty shall be imposed in this case.
- Where the request for refund has been received subsequent to the
rescheduling of the start date of the Programme that results in the Programme
commencement being delayed by more than one month from the original
commencement date, the refund shall be made for an amount equal to the
academic fees and the amount of taxes collected from the student. No
request for refund on account of rescheduling of the start date of the
Programme shall be considered if the Programme commencement is delayed
by less than one month.
- Where the request for refund has been received subsequent to the cut-off
date, but prior to the date of commencement of the programme, the parties
may, by mutual consent, grant the request for refund. In such cases, a penalty
of 40% of academic fees collected shall be imposed on the student. The
amount of taxes collected from the student shall not be refunded.
- No refund shall be made after the commencement of the programme.
- In special cases not covered by clauses 2-6 above, the parties may, by
mutual consent, decide to grant a refund with or without imposing any penalty.
- A refund once approved shall be made within 14 business days of such
approval.
- Where a refund is to be made in accordance with clauses 1-6 above, such
refund shall be made by the party responsible for collection of fees.
- The amount of revenues to be shared shall be determined after deducting the
amount of refund from the fees collected. Where a refund is made in
accordance with clause 5 after the completion of fee sharing, IIML shall
reimburse Miles Education within 15 working days an amount equal to IIML
share in the refunded fees (including applicable taxes) that has been remitted
to it.
- Both the PDS and the admission-cum-enrolment form shall include details of
the refund procedure and all refund requests must be made to the party
responsible for collection of fees. In event that a refund request is made to the
institute, such refund request shall be forwarded to Miles Education within one
business day of its receipt by the institute. For determining the appropriate
refund procedure, the date of receipt of the refund request shall be the date
when the first refund request is received by either party from the student.
Annexure C
Code of Conduct
THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND WILL BE
CONSIDERED GROSS AND SERIOUSMISCONDUCT, WHICH COULD LEAD TO
THE STUDENT/CANIDATE IN QUESTION BEING DISQUALIFIED, ASSIGNMENT
CANCELLATION, OR RUSTICATION FROM THE COURSE/PROGRAM: -
- It is forbidden for you to distribute any content or materials that encourage illegal
behaviour.
- It's against the rules to distribute information that is unfinished, incorrect,
erroneous, or not your own.
- You are banned from disseminating any information or materials or engaging in
any activity that encourages violence, puts people at danger of harm or property
damage, or incites bodily harm or other harm.
Unless you are the copyright owner or have the owner's permission to share it, you
are not allowed to share any content or materials that are copyrighted or
otherwise owned by a third party.
- It is forbidden for you to distribute any content or materials that infringe on the
rights to another person's intellectual property, copyrights, or privacy.
- You are forbidden from disseminating any content or materials that are harmful,
harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic,
libellous, invading another person's privacy, hateful, or racially or ethnically
objectionable, disparaging, relating to or encouraging money laundering or
gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any way; and
- You are forbidden from cultivating an atmosphere of discord or hostility within
student or Institute discussion groups.
- It is against the regulations for you to plagiarise on assignments or tests that you are
handed.
- It's against the regulations to disrespect teachers or disrupt online classes.
- It's against the regulations to use someone person's identity to access the Miles
Education Course or other services using your account name and password.
- It is forbidden for you to share any information or materials or to take any actions
that endanger India's unity, integrity, defence, or sovereignty, friendly ties with
other nations, public order, or encourage the commission of crimes.
- It is against the regulations for you to take any action that would be in violation of
any applicable laws, statutes, rules, regulations, or ordinances, including but not
limited to data privacy and information security legislation.
- You are prohibited from engaging in conduct that would be against the law, give
rise to civil liability, be against accepted Internet protocol, or otherwise violate any
local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- You are prohibited from attempting to interfere in any way with the Miles
Education site or LMS, services, networks, or network security, or from using the
Miles Education site or LMS for any illegal purpose.
- You hereby agree and commit that you will not engage in any type of
misrepresentation or misreporting pertaining to or in connection with Miles
Education Courses or Partner Institution during the course or program's duration,
nor at any time thereafter, directly or indirectly, in public or private, in any manner
or media whatsoever.
OTHER INSTANCES OF SERIOUS MISCONDUCT BY A CANDIDATE OR
STUDENT THAT COULD RESULT IN LEGAL REPERCUSSIONS OR CRIMINAL
CHARGES INCLUDE: -
- The programme director or coordinator may choose to penalise students for
attendance irregularities if the coordinator of the classroom and the faculty have
not approved them in advance.
- Any use of profanity will not be tolerated and will result in legal action.
- Reporting false data for an empirical research or assignments could result in a
candidate being disqualified.
- Students who take part in or start campaigns to spread false information or deceit
are damaging to the educational process. Students are asked to contact the
programme director/coordinator or Team Miles Education directly with any
questions, comments, or complaints. The contact information was provided
during batch orientation.
- Abuse of proprietary information, including course material, quizzes, exams, or
assignments, will result in harsh penalties and legal action. This includes data
theft/fraud from peer assignments or case studies.
Miles Education or the Partner Institute will have the right to revoke your enrollment
and expel you from the course if you do not abide by the aforementioned CODE OF
CONDUCT. Any student who disrespects any faculty members, attempts to
disparage the Partner Institute, or acts inappropriately during online classes will be
subject to immediate expulsion.
